Regret to Announce the Death of Joe Bennett.

It is with deepest sadness that we report the death of Joe Bennett on Wednesday February 14th.

Joe was a long standing and loyal member of the club as a rugby player and supporter. He was Club Secretary for several years and was President from 1981-83.

Our sincerest condolences go out to Joe’s family and friends.

His funeral will be held on Monday, 26th February, at 12:00 noon, in the chapel at Rake Lane Cemetery, Wallasey.

Reception afterwards at the New Brighton Club to which everyone is cordially invited.
