Tonga World Cup Squad Training at Hartsfield
The Tonga World Cup sqad will use the facilities at Reeds Lane for a full training session on Monday 27th. August as part of their preparation for their opening Pool A match against the USA on September 12th. Following a warm up game last night against Edinburgh which they won by 26 points to 14 they returned to their base in Manchester which is convenient to the Hartsfield ground and the home of their former World Cup star Katilimoni Tu'ipulotu.

The club will entertain the party of 30 players and 10 supporting staff and officials a traditional hog roast prepared by the now Celebrity Chef Kati in person. For those who can on a Monday afternoon from 2pm til whatever, this will be a fine opportunity to witness a full international training session and provides a unique opportunity to meet and chat to the players. As a supporting attraction it is understood that the bar will indeed be open.
